Masala Oats with Veggies

 This is a very simple + common recipe. I am adding it to our collection because it is amazingly easy to make, turns out amazing and is healthy. It is my new comfort food!!

Ingredients

Safola Masala Oats (If you don't have this, use regular oats and add maggi masala)

Veggies - carrots, french beans, cauliflower, capsicum. All chopped separately in hand chopper. You can add any other veggies too like onion, tomatoes, boiled peas.

Coriander - most important ingredient as it adds a distinct flavor

Masala - Red chilli, Salt, Dhana Jeera

Instructions

Chop the veggies in hand chopper. This saves time and effort.

Add some oil in kadhai. Sauté capsicum. Once they are soft, add remaining veggies. Add salt and other masala. Saute them for 4-5 mins. Add water and masala oats.

Keep stirring them every few minutes as oats tends to stick to the bottom. Add water as mixture gets thicker. Let it cook for some more time.

Add coriander when some water is still left. Close the stove and let it settled for 1 min.

Serve while hot.
